So recently I have started working online but was asked to submit my PayPal account for payment. I went to sign up but noticed PayPal is no more operational in Ghana. This is really heartbreaking to me since it is the only method of payment. how do I get a working and legit PayPal account as a Ghanaian that can receive money?

PayPal is not currently available in Ghana. The payment platform left the country several years ago. However, I had come across several people still operating paypal accounts in the country. I do not know how they did it but I thing you can use a backdoor to get PayPal account Ghana.

I don’t think you can currently create a legit working PayPal account right now in Ghana. PayPal is not fully available the normal way. You can't just sign up directly from Ghana and get all features like receiving money or withdrawing to a local bank. Ghana is still not on PayPal's full supported list for residents — that's why a lot of people get the "service not available in your country" message when trying to create or verify an account.
Many Ghanaians still want PayPal for freelancing, online sales, or international payments, so people try workarounds.

Let me explain to you how to get a working paypal account in Ghana without paying. This is premium knowledge which I paid to be taught.
First of all, you will need to visit the Lesotho Paypal account website. Something like paypal.lesotho.com. This means that you will need to pretend to be in a different country or let me say Lesotho. Note: This is risky and you can lose your account at any point.
Once you are logged in, fill in the information and choose Lesotho as your country of residence. I recommend you do not use a VPN as I have created mine without a VPN account.
You will be asked to enter your Lesotho phone number. If you choose a business account, phone number will be a must. However, I recommend you choose personal Paypal accout when selecting.
Using Lesotho IP to create a working PayPal account is currently what nearly everyone I know uses. To be safer while creating the account, please use a vpn or sock 5 to change your IP address.
What I also noticed is that if your IP address shows as a resident of Lesotho, you would not need to enter your email address.
